To honor and thank the medical personnel , first responders, police, firefighters,
paramedics, military and essential employees who work tirelessly to restore our health and keep us safe.


Recognizing a dire need for these folks to have access to stress reduction techniques, our vision is to build a network of volunteers to offer slow and mindful yoga and meditation to these incredibly brave workers for free, at a variety of times to accommodate all shifts.

How it WORKS?

What: We offer a variety of free, online classes that are not fitness based. Classes are designed for all levels, including those who have never done yoga before. The focus is on reducing the effects of stress on the body and mind.

How: To have access to our full schedule right from your phone, simply download the app below and create a private profile.  When you sign up for a class, a link to access the class will be sent to the email you entered to create your profile.

Project Pause and Exhale would like to thank all of the volunteers who make this possible. Most of all, we wish to thank all of the doctors, nurses, medical personnel, first responders, truck drivers, grocery store workers, and all essential employees. We see you, we appreciate you, and we love you.
